Information Notice Concerning Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 As BRK RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION TURIZM. Ltd. (BLUE PINE HOTEL) (hereinafter referred to as "HOTEL"), we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

a) Data Controller We, as BLUE PINE HOTEL (hereinafter referred to as "OTEL"), hereby inform you that we process your personal data as a data controller within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK") and other relevant legislation. b) Processed Personal Data In accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, the personal data categories and descriptions to be processed for the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Disclosure Text under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are as follows: Identity Information: Name and surname, place and date of birth, nationality, citizenship number, passport number, Accompanying guest's name and surname, place and date of birth, citizenship and passport number Contact Information: Address, telephone number, email address Financial Information: Bank account information Special Personal Data: Photograph, Health status and medication information Other: Room number, Vehicle license plate information, Smoking information, Allergen Status Information
c) Purposes for Processing Personal Data Your personal data will be processed: Executing accommodation-related processes, Recording them in the online software systems used by the hotel to implement its sales and marketing policies, Performing reservation and sales transactions provided by the hotel's website, Performing the necessary work by our business units to ensure you benefit from the products and services offered by the hotel, Measuring and improving customer satisfaction, Collecting and evaluating complaints and suggestions, if any, regarding the hotel's products and services, Recommending products and services offered by the hotel to you; planning and/or conducting market research activities for the sales and marketing of products and services, Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial occupational safety of relevant individuals in business relationships, Following and conducting legal affairs, Performing financial and/or accounting affairs,

The purposes will be processed for the following legal reasons, as specified in Article 5 (2) of the Personal Data Protection Law: "a) It is expressly prescribed by law," b) It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to give consent due to a practical impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of another person. c) It is necessary for the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "ç) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation," and "e) Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right." Your personal data, consisting of your identity and contact information, will be processed with your explicit consent for the purposes specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Electronic Commerce Law, for the purposes of communicating promotions, campaigns, discounts, special advantages, special day and holiday celebrations, events, announcements, surveys, openings, and invitations related to hotel services.

d) To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your personal data will be transferred without the explicit consent of the data subject, for the purposes specified below, in accordance with Article 8 (2) (a) of the Personal Data Protection Law: It will be shared with the General Directorate of Security in order to fulfill our legal obligations arising from relevant legislation. It may be shared with notaries, enforcement offices, and/or courts, if necessary, for the purpose of conducting financial and/or accounting transactions within the scope of collecting fees for products and services. It may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations, if necessary or requested, in order to fulfill legal obligations under relevant legislation. It will be shared with a contracted cargo company for the delivery of items left or forgotten at the hotel. It may be shared with our lawyers as necessary, subject to confidentiality obligations, to facilitate legal proceedings.

•  e) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic means, based on the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 (2) and 6 (2) of the Personal Data Protection Law, to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (c) of this text: By filling out forms, sending emails, contacting via phone, visiting the website, and contacting via social media platforms. By sharing business cards during visits to online sales platforms, tourism agencies, event organizers, fairs, or seminars, and by sharing through solution partner institutions or organizations. f) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law As a data subject, you have rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law. You can exercise your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the application form, in accordance with Articles 11 and 13, paragraph 1, of the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. • To verify your identity and prevent the disclosure of information to the wrong parties, you may submit your request in writing via notary or registered mail with return receipt requested. You may submit your request by sending an email to info@bluepinehotel.com / muhasebe@bluepinehotel.com using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or (if applicable) using the email address you have provided to our Company and registered in our systems. g) Retention Period of Personal Data The OTEL will delete, destroy, obliterate, or anonymize personal data upon expiration of the mandatory retention periods specified by law and other relevant legislation, provided that the purpose of processing personal data no longer exists. h) Changes and Updates This disclosure document has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation. Necessary changes may be made to this information document in line with changes in relevant legislation and/or the hotel's personal data processing purposes and policies. Changes and updates to the Information Document can be accessed at www.bluepinehotel.com.

APPENDIX – CONSENT TO SEND MESSAGES I consent to the processing of my personal data, consisting of my identity and contact information, as specified in the Personal Data Protection Information Notice, for the purposes of communicating with me as specified in the hotel's services, including promotions, campaigns, discounts, special advantages, special day and holiday celebrations, events, announcements, surveys, openings, and invitations.
