Service Agreement

CONTENTS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR ONLINE AND PHONE RESERVATIONS

Article 1. SUBJECT                                                                                       

 

1.1. This agreement covers the reservation and the services to be received by the Customer who will stay at the Hotel, made through the Hotel's website, on behalf of themselves and all other Relevant Persons, under the conditions described below.

 

1.2. By entering and confirming all personal information requested in the form, the Customer who will stay at the Hotel accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

1.3. The reservation and this agreement are established in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. ARTICLE

 

2. PAYMENTS

 

2.1 When making an online reservation, the entire reservation fee must be paid by credit card. For reservations made by phone, the entire reservation fee must be paid by transfer to the specified bank account number.

 

ARTICLE 3. IMPLEMENTATION                                                                                                                                                            

 

3.1 The customer will stay at our facility during the dates for which they made their online reservation. If they wish to extend their stay, they can do so by contacting the facility or making payment through the online reservation system.

 

 3.2 Unless otherwise stated, all substances and practices prohibited by law, items with flammable or explosive properties or that cause a disturbance to the surrounding area, firearms, and all animals are prohibited from entering the premises.

 

3.3 Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at the premises without the presence of an adult, even if they make a reservation.

 

3.3 The Hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur during the Customer's stay at the premises.

 

3.4 Customer check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.

 

ARTICLE 4. CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. This fee includes the accommodation and food and beverage services specified in the reservation and hotel concept. Services not specified during the reservation and additional products and services purchased at the hotel are subject to an additional charge.

 

4.2. For payments made by credit card, the credit card used must belong to the guest. If the credit card used does not belong to the guest, the guest must provide the hotel with identification information, confirmation of payment, and a photocopy of their ID. Otherwise, if a credit card chargeback is filed with the bank, the guest must reimburse the hotel in full. By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this.

 

ARTICLE 5. - RETURN CONDITIONS

 

5.1 The Customer must submit any change request regarding the reservation for which payment has been made, in writing, at least 15 days prior to the accommodation date. Otherwise, the accommodation terms stated in this contract shall apply.

5.2 The Hotel may partially or completely change or cancel any hotel reservation it has announced or registered for, up to 15 days prior to the accommodation date, due to force majeure, provided the Customer is notified. 5.3 If the reservation is canceled by the Hotel, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Customer in the form of payment (if paid in installments, in installments via bank transfer). Furthermore, if the Customer does not accept the changes made by the Hotel, the reservation will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded (if paid in installments, in installments via bank transfer). In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to any damages, losses, or compensation.

 

5.4. If payment was made by credit card, the credit card fee will be deducted from the refund amount and refunded to the credit card. The customer may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. The amount paid will be refunded to the bank in the same manner as the original payment.

 

5.5 If the Customer provides documentation from a fully equipped state hospital of a serious illness that prevents them from staying at the hotel, or of a serious illness and/or death of a first-degree relative, the reservation will be canceled free of charge. The Customer will also be refunded any payment made (any bank charges will be deducted from the payment). A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations 14-7 days prior to the accommodation date, and the full accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations 7 days or less prior to the accommodation date, unless there is a reason other than those specified above. The Customer agrees and undertakes not to claim any damages/losses/compensation for any reason set forth in this clause.

 

 

ARTICLE 6. FORCE MAJEURE

 

6.1 The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any incomplete or non-existent service due to circumstances such as natural events, social unrest, international relations, technical malfunctions, strikes and protests, or epidemics that may occur before, during, or during the hotel reservation dates specified in this agreement.

 

ARTICLE 7. OTHER PROVISIONS

 

7.1 This agreement relates exclusively to the hotel reservation. Following the Customer's confirmation of this agreement regarding the definitive reservation request, the Hotel fulfills its contractual obligation by making the Customer's definitive reservation and receiving the reservation confirmation.

 

7.2 If the Customer has any complaints during their stay, they shall notify the Hotel management of their complaint. The Customer agrees not to claim any compensation or refund if they use the service partially or fully.

7.3 By making this hotel reservation, the Customer undertakes to have read and accepted this agreement, having received all relevant information regarding the property. The Customer cannot hold the Hotel responsible for any complaints arising from dissatisfaction.

 

7.4 The Hotel assumes no responsibility for virtual mail payments, transaction or communication delays, computer viruses, communication errors, or similar incidents.

 

7.5 By making their reservation payment via virtual mail, money order, or EFT, the Customer has learned of this agreement from the website or reservation system and has undertaken to accept this hotel reservation agreement in accordance with the above-mentioned terms.

 

7.6 In the event of a dispute between the parties, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

ARTICLE 8. COLLECTION

 

8.1 The Customer hereby agrees and undertakes to pay the reservation fee to BLUE PINE HOTEL (BRK RESTORAN İNŞAAT TURİZM. Ltd.Şti. (BLUE PINE HOTEL) by credit card. This Agreement consists of 8 (eight) articles in total, consisting of 4 pages. The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
